French Montana Slams Scott Disick In A Weird Way

by Kadeen Griffiths

I'm not sure what's happening, but I'd like it to stop happening. On Sunday, French Montana called out Scott Disick in an Instagram post featuring Kourtney Kardashian. Apparently, Kardashian and Montana were out partying somewhere, and Montana decided that Disick absolutely needed to hear about it. Now, I don't know why Kardashian and Montana were out partying together. I don't know why Disick needs to see evidence of it. And I don't know what this caption was supposed to imply. But, considering French Montana is Khloe Kardashian's ex, I don't really like any of it. It just seems a bit odd for Montana to try and make Disick jealous when the Kardashians probably have a hardcore sister code about dating each other's exes.

But I'm getting a bit ahead of myself here. The photograph was of Montana and Kardashian at what appears to be some sort of rooftop or penthouse party, perhaps, considering the look of the windows behind them. I think that might even be Chris Brown in the background behind them, which just makes this whole situation worse. Montana then posted the picture to Instagram with the caption, "@letthelordbewithyou where you at?" And there are many different things wrong with this, but let's take a look at the picture before we get into that.

First of all, hopefully the answer to that question is not "at a party," because Kardashian and Disick broke up because he was reportedly partying and drinking too much. But, for the sake of argument, I'm going to assume that's not what Montana meant. Maybe he's just asking where Disick is while Kardashian is out having fun in a crowd of men and women without him, showing Disick what he's missing out on ever since the split. However, even that seems unnecessary to me, because Disick seems to be well aware of what he's missing, if the recent rumors that he's trying to win Kardashian back are any indication. On top of that, it's just bizarre to be getting that "this is what you're missing out on" argument from Kardashian's sister's ex-boyfriend. I mean, it can't just be me who finds that weird.

At the end of the day, while I'm sure that Montana was just being a good friend to Kardashian in goading Disick with this photograph, it all just seems very unnecessary to me. Kardashian and Disick are going through a hard enough time without their friends taking cheap shots at one another in the midst of it, even if it's all in good fun. I'm glad to see that Kardashian is going out, having fun, and trying to find her happiness after being so heartbroken, but, for me, this isn't the right way to go about it. Then again, perhaps I'm just a poor, bereft fan who wants to see Disick work out his personal issues and become the kind of man that Kardashian deserves so I can have the couple back again. Or, hey, maybe both things are true.
