These Are The Nail Polishes You Need for Spring

by Miki Hayes

The weather is finally heating up, and I couldn't be happier. Because that means it's time to retire some of the darker, duller hues of winter and bust out the lighter, brighter colors for spring. In particular, there are a few must-have nail polish colors and finishes that you'll definitely want to get your hands on. Not that I'm against rocking vamps in the heat, of course. But it's always a fun time to match your nails to the season. And it's going to be a good one.

While pastels are almost always on-trend for spring, some other colors and finishes to keep an eye out for this year are primary hues, nude cremes, chromes, and holographics. Nails as bright as blooming flowers or as shiny as liquid gold is where it's at. And if you're one for matching your makeup to your nails, picture this: Coral tips with a chrome accent nail paired with a corresponding chrome shadow and coral lips. Or, how about some lavender nails and matching, pastel eyeliner? The options are endless (and all of them gorgeous). Need a little inspo? Here are 15 nail polishes that will give you a totally covetable mani this spring.
