5 Beauty Subscription Boxes For Every Need You'll Ever Have

I admit it: I'm addicted to subscription beauty and wellness boxes. For any self-declared beauty junkie, they're basically, oh, I don't know... the best thing ever. Subscription boxes are monthly deliveries of brand spanking new, trial-sized beauty products. They give you an opportunity to test new products so you can decide later if you want to purchase the full-size version. And these five are worth worshipping.

Some girls like flowers delivered to their door. I prefer beauty products.

If you're a newbie to subscription boxes...

Birchbox ($10 per month) is the ne plus ultra of subscription beauty boxes. They don't just send you an assortment of random products, but instead select items tailored to your skin type, skin tone, and personal preferences (i.e. lipstick over lipgloss). They send samples from big-time beauty brands like NARS, Benefit, and Laura Mercier, and make it super easy to purchase the full-size versions. At $10, it's a great option for someone who isn't makeup obsessed, but is looking to try out new products for an affordable price.

If you're looking to experiment with high-end products...

Sample Society ($15 per month), you fancy! This subscription box from Allure magazine gives you samples of top beauty brands. A recent box from them included products from Murad, Oscar Blandi, and Butter nail polish. Plus, each box comes with a mini-magazine with exclusive makeup tips from Allure editors.

If you're in the need of a little health kick...

KlutchClub ($18 per month) provides health and wellness treats right to your door. At $18, it's one of the pricier subscription boxes out there, but it also gives you a pretty loud bang for your buck. KlutchClub sends you nine to 12 multi-use or full-sized products (think gift cards, workout gear, and healthy snacks), which is way more than most subscription boxes dole out.

If you're looking for eco-friendly beauty options...

Goodebox ($16 per month) is the perfect subscription box for anyone looking for products that are safe for her body and the environment. They provide products with natural ingredients, so you don't have worry about slathering a bunch of chemicals all over that pretty little face of yours. The subscription is month-to-month, meaning you can opt in or out whenever you desire.

If you want to try products from abroad without actually going abroad...

Alright, so, Glossybox ($21 per month) is definitely an indulgence. Those not addicted to beauty products need not apply, but if you're someone who's always looking for new luxury brands, your search will end here. You'll get five products from all over the world, and be introduced to beauty brands you've never heard of before. The price is steep, yes, but, like Goodebox, you can choose to opt out any month. Oh, and I know you shouldn't judge a subscription box by its box, but the Glossybox display is hands down the most luxe presentation out there.
