Jimmy Fallon's Top 7 'Tonight Show' Games

by Ashley Adams

If you somehow missed the Julia Roberts golden age of Pretty Woman, Notting Hill, and Erin Brockovich, you'll now 100 percent get the whole “America’s sweetheart” thing. She’s so funny and charming throughout her appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon , that I’m completely willing to mentally throw out those reports of her being famously hard to work with. Hell, I might even run for president of her fan club.

In fact, I am so in love with this segment, it now cracks my Top Eight List of Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon Game Segments. (Sorry, Double Turtleneck Ping Pong with Shailene Woodley, you’ve been knocked off.)

Sure, Fallon’s iteration of Tonight is still fairly new, but he’s already cultivated a hilarious repertoire that’s definitely worth checking out. This guy really knows how to make celebs shine while playing silly games, and I can't get enough of it. So, without further ado (and in no particular order) here are nine of Jimmy Fallon’s best game segments on The Tonight Show:

1. Face Balls with Julia Roberts

To use Robert’s succinct summation, it’s truly “the comedy version of Fifty Shades of Grey.”

2. The Sibling-wed Game with Scott and Chris Evans

I promise this game isn’t as Flowers in the Attic-y as the rather unfortunate name suggests. We’ll leave it at this: Chris Evans pulls pranks that would have seriously disappointed goody-two-shoes Captain America.

3. Lip Flip with Whoopi Goldberg

Less of a game, more of a frightening glimpse into the writers' twisted minds. Incredibly entertaining regardless.

4. Box of Lies with Jennifer Lawrence

Much of this game’s success hinges on the plausibility that “miniature horse on a bed of Flinstones vitamins” is both something that Jimmy Fallon’s writers might have actually put in a box or something Jennifer Lawrence’s brain could come up with spontaneously.

5. Sticky Balls with Daniel Radcliffe

Come for the silly velcro jumpsuits, stay for Radcliffe boldly imploring Fallon to count his balls.

6. Truth or Truth with Amy Schumer

In which Amy Schumer reveals her most honest thoughts about teeth. Perhaps The Tonight Show’s greatest strength is suiting the game to the player. Amy Schumer’s quick wit is perfectly matched for this rapid-fire game.

7. Alan Rickman-off with Benedict Cumberbatch

It's wonderfully, perfectly, exactly what it sounds like, guys.

8. And to send you off in style, here’s Tina Fey impersonating her toddler

Welcs!
