Beyoncé & Nicki Minaj Dropped 'Flawless' Remix

by Alanna Bennett

Late Sunday night, Beyoncé infiltrated America's dreams once again with the late-night release of a new song. Or, rather, a remix of an old song — most specifically, a remix of "Flawless" with both Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj. All hail the gods of pop for this gift. Oh, and she totally references the infamous Solange/Jay-Z fight. These women are pros.

The song made its appearance on Beyoncé's website at 1 a.m. EST Sunday morning, and mostly contains Beyoncé and Minaj bragging, a la the original "Flawless." You can't really blame them, either, because it's songs like these that really do prove who the reigning monarchs of pop stars are these days.

As for that Knowles-Carter fight, here's the shoutout:

We escalate, up in this bitch like elevators, of course sometimes shit go down when there’s billion dollars on an elevator.

Once again, this tells us almost nothing except that the people in that elevator were all extremely rich, which we knew, and that rich people sometimes get mad at each other, which we also knew. That Beyoncé, man — she's gonna keep herself an enigma as long as she can. And if the divorce rumors are true — which who the hell knows at this point? — you can bet there'll be a damn amazing break-up album coming our way at any second.

In the meantime, she's still declaring herself flawless. This time she's bringing Minaj with her. A-listers, paid sisters, etc.
