Everything We Know About Nicki's Air Jordan Collab

A few days ago, we brought sneaker fanatics some very good news: Nicki Minaj has an Air Jordan collaboration coming up! (Well, at least we think so.) Minaj posted the sparkly pink kicks on her Instagram before her performance at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Friday night, and although we weren't entirely sure if the collaboration was official or if they were made just for her, it's looking more and more like these might be shoes that everyone will eventually be able to vie for.

Following the snaps she posted of the shoes themselves, the hip-hop diva posted the classic Air Jordan silhouette, trailed by photos of her performing/mugging for the camera in them. The shoes, aptly named "The Pinkprints," are "coming soon," according to Minaj's Instagrams.

Sneaker blogs have caught on to the fact that the design of these look very similar to the Jordan Westbrook 0, which is basketball player Russell Westbrook's collaboration with Air Jordans. Although those are also still unavailable to the public, Westbrook isn't entirely new to the iconic brand: he's featured in the Air Jordan XX9 collection campaign on Nike's website. Perhaps that's where Nicki's shoes will retail, if they are a part of his line.
