Copelyn Bengel is the Accessories Editor for Bustle Digital Group working on original content across all lifestyle brands (Bustle, NYLON, The Zoe Report, Romper, and Elite Daily). She also writes about fashion and accessories trends as well as an occasional home or beauty story.
Before BDG, Copelyn was at Who What Wear as a shopping editor working on trend-focused content. Her previous roles include being the fashion assistant at InStyle and accessories assistant at the Hearst Women’s Fashion Group across Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, Good Housekeeping, Seventeen, and Redbook.
Copelyn has a Journalism degree in Editing and Graphic Design from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She continues to do freelance work in digital marketing, graphic design, and web design.
In her spare time, Copelyn loves to up-cycle clothing and home decor as well as collect an embarrassing amount of colorful sneakers and experiment with her hair color.
