Class of 2013 not as screwed as Class of 2012

Spring break, sleeping until noon, living within half a mile of all of your best friends... there's a lot to miss about college. But it's not all bad news for the Class of 2013. According to The National Association of Colleges and Employers this year's 1.7 million graduating seniors are not only more likely to get hired, but they can also expect an overall starting salary of $44,928—up 5.3 percent from the average $42,666 earned by the Class of 2012.
Off you go, grads! The world is your oyster! Just don't get too excited.
