Amy Schumer gave birth. Wait... WHAT?! Well, she not actually. Amy Schumer gave birth to designer Zac Posen, but it was just a silly and goofy Instagram photo that involved a gorgeous satin and plum-colored gown, too.
Schumer, who recently channelled Princess Leia on the cover of GQ , has been having some serious style wins lately. But, as to be expected, she never, ever takes herself or fashion too seriously. Since, you know, she's a comedian. This snap of her being all playful and pretty with Posen is a perfect demonstration of Schumer's irreverence and her fashion sense.
I love when those two things go together, since they don't always.
The dress is something else, with the full skirt and strapless bodice. Plus, that deep and fruity color pops against Schumer's pale skin and her blonde hair.
But honestly, it's both her expression and Posen's that makes this photo for me. Schumer is all like "OMG" while Posen is underneath her, looking totally nonchalant.
This is as close to Schumer-as-Cinderella as we're gonna get. But knowing her, the path to the pumpkin and Prince Charming was littered with bottles, one night stands, all sorts of drama, and lots of laughs!
This is Schumer at her most glam and I love it.
This! The gown is amazing. Just another day at the office/showroom. But it's not the only recent Schumer fashion win. She's been showing up to promote her hit comedy Trainwreck, among other things, like a style boss.
She wore an electric blue mini with caged heels, showing off her arms and legs. That's a keeper.
This curve-hugger LBD showed off serious sideboob! How risqué but awesome of her.
Schumer was summery in bright orange.
What a goddess in her black dress! The gold belt and the slit were all the embellishment she needed. Bravo, girl!
Schumer has great legs, don't she?
The fishtail braid was everything. I loved her in this white slip dress, too. Plus, you can see has a thing for strappy heels.
Schumer has been nailing it to the wall with her fashion choices in 2015. You know, since she gave birth to Zac Posen, she should totally wear his pieces on all future red carpets or appear in any ad campaigns he may do. It's only right since she brought him into this world.
