When you're fierce, it's forever. And that's proven with Jessica Alba's gorgeous Allure cover for the magazines September issue. The actress has been in the game for quite some time, but she's not slowing down anytime soon. She opened up to Allure about her passions and values as a woman in her industry.
Not only is she stunning, but she's brilliant and mad confident. With a career like hers, she deserves to be recognized as an individual, and admired for her own work. She told Allure that she thinks it "is unfair is to lump actresses together," which is totally the truth. Her frustration comes from being compared to women like Gwenyth Paltrow, who is equally amazing, but different. Both women have founded their own businesses, which differ in vision and goal, but because they are each venturing into other spheres, to some people they are automatically the same. Alba explained that her organization, The Honesty Company, which seeks to help people live healthy and safe lifestyles, is about "a real social-injustice and human-health issue.”
Alba is definitely using her voice in every way she can, and she clearly has made a name for herself. While she might be making changes, taking on new projects, and broadening her horizon, her beauty will always be timeless.
