Scarlett Johansson Thinks Her Wardrobe is Boring

Although her glamorous red carpet looks and high fashion campaigns leave me green with envy, Scarlett Johansson said that she thinks her day-to-day wardrobe is actually pretty boring, thanks to the whole "being famous" thing.

In a recent interview with The Daily Mail UK, Johansson said that the only reason paparazzi bother her is because it limits the outfits she'd like to wear.

There are certain things I see that I think, 'God, I would love to wear that if I wasn’t recognizable.' I think if I was just an anonymous person I would probably have a much more exciting day-to-day wardrobe.

This could explain why we never see the 29-year-old actress dressed in Rihanna-esque outfits on the street. She's typically snapped sporting basics in neutral colors, jeans and big hats.

While she may not be able to wear this season's pink-colored coat trend or anything out of Lady Gaga's closet, she has found a different way to share her love for the things that she'd like to wear.

"I just have to appreciate the clothes I love but can’t wear by encouraging other people, like my girlfriends, to buy and wear them."

No offense, ScarJo, but I think we can all agree that you could walk around New York in a ski mask and still be recognized. Here's our 2014 resolution for you: wear what you want! Show us your true street style because you're not going to not be famous anytime soon and fashion is something that should never be suppressed or hidden. YOLO, ScarJo.
