Watch This Groom Lip Sync His Vows Like A Boss

by Kat George

If you want your wedding to go viral, arrange it so that the groom lip syncs to the bride instead of doing traditional vows. Oh wait, that's what this recently wed couple did, when the groom went all Ru Paul's Drag Race lip sync for your life at the altar. The groom in question, Jared Basham, who wed the lovely bride Kyndra over the weekend, decided to get creative when it came time to pronounce his eternal love. As a self confessed dude who has trouble expressing his emotions (Because what guy doesn't, amirite? Lol!), Jared makes a short speech before he begins his lip sync, vowing to Kyndra that he would "try and express how I feel to you in the most creative and ludicrous ways, and at the most inopportune times, like right about now."

Donning a pair of cool shades, Jared then proceeded to lip sync "You're the One That I Want" from Grease, although I think he missed the memo that the song is sung when Sandy completely changes herself in order to get Danny's attentions. Problematic movie tropes aside, I can't decide if Jared is cute or annoying. I mean, if my future groom pulls this kind of sh*t on me at the alter I will literally murder him on the spot (you've been warned). On the flip side, Kyndra seems to love it. He then proceeds to sing "I Swear" by All-4-One, "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran, "This I Promise You" by N'Sync and the kicker, "I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston.
