You Have To See Olivia Culpo's Fringed Skirt

An age-old fashion rule claims that you can't wear more than one trend in any given outfit. Well, one style star is proving that to be so wrong. Olivia Culpo donned a black leather and fringed skirt while out and about in Los Angeles, proving that trends don't have to be mutually exclusive.

Nick Jonas' ex-girlfriend is making quite a name for herself as an up-and-coming fashionista. The 23-year-old has been slaying one stunning fashion look after another all fashion month long. Not surprisingly, she continues to slay the style game when she is off-duty as well.

Culpo was spotted on the streets of L.A. Wednesday morning, looking as chic ever. Her high waisted black leather skirt took front and center in the ensemble, complete with full-length fringing from hip to calf. She paired the statement skirt, designed by n: PHILANTHROPY, with a thin black and gold belt to further accentuate the waist. Then, she layered a crisp white blazer atop a black tucked in top, and completed the outfit with dainty black sandals, a gorgeous velvet chain bag, and cat-eye sunnies. The whole look was practically oozing chic-ness.

Culpo has always been on my list of favorite celeb style stars, but this ensemble may have just snagged her the number spot.
