This 'Newsroom' Feud Isn't What It Seems

Important, breaking, shocking news, everyone — stop what you are doing right now because this is without a doubt more important. According to Us Weekly, The Newsroom creator Aaron Sorkin and series star Olivia Munn are definitely not feuding on set, despite anything you may or may not have heard about the two of them. We clear? Good. Now, you may go back to whatever you're doing with a clear head, knowing that these two are actually friends and all is right with the world.

It all started when the ever-reliable site, Radar Online, posted an article about a rumored fight between Sorkin and Munn on the set of the HBO series. "Olivia was acting like one of [Sorkin's] co-writers... and Aaron didn't appreciate hearing opinions on everything," the "source" told Radar. Because it makes total sense that an actor would risk getting written out of their show or fired, right?

"The story bears no resemblance to reality," Sorkin told Us Weekly in a statement. "Olivia is a perfect cast member who is loved and respected by the entire cast, by the crew and the producers, by HBO, and especially by me."

Munn also took a step to deny the rumors, posting on her Twitter:

So, don't worry, OK?
