Vera Wang's Fall 2016 Bridal Collection Is Here

by Augusta Statz

If you liked the delicate lacework and cascading skirts from the Spring 2016 line, then you’re going to appreciate this, too. Vera Wang’s Fall 2016 bridal collection has been revealed, and it’s new and exciting, while keeping some of the same elements from the gowns presented in the spring. The fall collection is the second half of a two-part series inspired by Spain. These dresses have a hint of old world flair, but keep it just modern enough to be interesting. You never know what Wang’s got up her sleeve, but she never disappoints.

This collection, titled “Hotel Madrid Part Two,” channels another era with oversized bows, corsets and billowing ball gowns. With hi-lo skirts crop tops and cut-outs, the line still maintains a modern edginess. It’s much more covered up than the first half of the installment, making it way more wearable for today's bride, IMO. From dresses that are form-fitting and simple to ones covered with lace and feathers, there’s something for everyone, no matter how conventional or unconventional you're wanting to be on your big day.

See the latest Fall 2016 collection in comparison its Spring 2016 predecessor. Prepare to be amazed because these gowns are truly stunning. If you’re anything like me, you’ll be mentally planning your wedding as you scroll.

Spring 2016

Simple delicacy is a theme throughout both lines.

I love the tulle and updated silhouette.

This dress is simple, yet stunning.

This ruffle-filled skirt is amazing.

Fall 2016

This has an old world charm with the lace and exaggerated sleeves.

Doesn't this seem like a dress fit for a queen?

The embellishment on these gowns is just incredible.

This gown is truly a piece of art.

I love the train of this dress.

Now, all I need is the venue.
