A Pumpkin Spice Milkshake That Tastes Exactly Like Fall — RECIPE

Before I show you how to make this amazing pumpkin spice milkshake, let me start off with a little explanation. Truthfully, I have never had a pumpkin spice latte. Don’t freak out now. I'm not a health nut — seriously have you seen my site? Personally, I just prefer to save my sweet tooth for desserts. Yet with all the hype over the drink, I figured it was time I tried it. Except, I was really in the mood for a milkshake, so I thought why not combine them into one delicious drink? I didn’t add any coffee because I’m not much of a coffee drinker (and by not much I mean it’s my least favorite thing — are you so weirded out by me?), but feel free to add some if you’d like!

This extremely simple recipe is great for several reasons, the first being that it means no more waiting in line at the coffee shop for your pumpkin fix. Second, the majority of these ingredients come in packages that will last you quite a few milkshakes — not to mention that most of these ingredients can be used in other delicious treats such as Nutella-stuffed pumpkin cookies, the BEST ice cream sandwich ever, and cookie dough-filled cinnamon rolls.


For milkshake:

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. all-spice
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp. almond milk
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp. coffee, optional

For toppings:

  • Whipped cream
  • Extra cinnamon


  1. Combine all milkshake ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Top with whipped cream, and extra cinnamon. Enjoy!
