Golden Globes 2014 Party Culture: From CAA to the BAFTA Tea Party

It is now a well-established fact that the Golden Globes are practically synonymous with partying. From Jack Nicholson's infamous Vallium comment to Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's "it's getting sloppy up in here," these awards have always been some of Hollywood's raunchiest. Starting on January 10, stars have been galavanting around Los Angeles in search of award season's hottest parties. Beginning with the now infamous BAFTA Tea Party, stars essentially spend all weekend schmoozing and boozing to their hearts' content. Now that the day has finally arrived, here's a look at the best pre and post Globes parties that you wish you were famous or relevant enough to attend.

In attendance: Jared Leto, Garrett Hedlund, Kirstin Dunst, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper.

Relevance: This party is extremely chic and exclusive, hence the penthouse location, and it celebrated the magazine’s Best Performances issue, which many attendees were featured in.
