This Is The Only Thanksgiving Recipe You Need

Ask anyone, and they will tell you that the best part of Thanksgiving is obviously the turkey. Er, I mean sweet potatoes. No wait, the bread rolls! Can't figure out what to eat first? Learn how to make stuffed Thanksgiving croissants, and you can eat all your favorite Thanksgiving foods at once, rolled up into a single, golden, buttery bite. I'm telling you, these things are magic.

Inspired by Momofuku Milk Bar's famous seasonal treats, these croissants are essentially everything you have piled up on your plate, packaged into a delicious, flakey croissant. They're the perfect solution for using up all those leftovers that inevitably take up room in your fridge the day after Thanksgiving, but they are also a super cute (and surprisingly easy-to-make) alternative for your main course if you are looking for a more creative way to serve your meal. And the best part? You can make them however you want! For our croissants, we chose to include a few Thanksgiving staples — mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, sweet potatoes, and cranberry sauce — but you can throw in any of your holiday favorites to the mix. Customize these treats as you see fit, pop them in the oven for just a few minutes, and prepare to experience all the amazing things Thanksgiving has to offer in just one delicious bite.
