Anna Kendrick & a Bunch of Fun Celebs Look Like They Had a Great Time at 2014 Unicef Ball
What do Sylvester Stallone, Anna Kendrick, and two dancers from Dancing with the Stars have in common? Not a lot, other than the fact that they were all in attendance at the 2014 UNICEF Ball last night in Beverly Hills, Calif. The UNICEF Ball serves as a time to honor humanitarian work done in collaboration with the organization. This year marked the Ball's fifth biennial year.
Michael Douglas, who just won a Golden Globe on Sunday, was given the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Peace Award at last night's festivities and was introduced by his Behind the Candelabra co-star, Matt Damon. Damon was also one of the event's emcees and co-hosted with producer Jerry Weintraub. Along with Douglas, Ghada Irini, the board chair for Southern California's branch of U.S. Fund for UNICEF, was honored with the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Leadership Award.
Obviously, the event was held to pay tribute to philanthropists, but it was also striking how seemingly random the guest list for this thing was. Rocky was there. Reality stars were there. La Toya Jackson came by. There was just a very wide range of celebrities. Click through our slideshow for a look at who made their way to the 2014 UNICEF Ball.
