Kaelen Is Donating To Causes Trump Is Against

I think we can all agree that it has been an emotional week in America. Personally, I've cried on more than one occasion, but the most overwhelming feeling that I, along with many others have experienced has been helplessness. Doing what it does best, the internet has sprung into action over the last few days to figure out what we, as a nation, can do to support the causes Trump is against. One designer in particular is using her line to take things to a whole new level.

Kaelen Haworth, founder of womenswear brand Kaelen, was feeling the same sense of helplessness the rest of us were when she decided to spring into action. From midnight on Thursday through all of next week, the brand's entire website will be 75 percent off and all proceeds from all sales will go to support a charity that may not be supported under Trump's presidency. Charities include Planned Parenthood, the NAACP, Black Lives Matter, and Everytown for Gun Safety. There are 15 charity options in total, and shoppers can enter the name of the specific charity they want their purchase to benefit at checkout. The initiative is aptly named "Love Trumps Hate," and is giving us all the perfect excuse to treat our post-election depression with some retail therapy.

Kaelen's clothes also happen to be really chic (she was a part of the CFDA Incubator program back in 2014), so you'll be able to donate to a cause while adding some majorly-discounted, yet amazing pieces to your wardrobe.
