Kate Moss Paper Dolls Are Here (Really)

by Tyler Atwood

Anthropologie may be your go-to source for home goods and adorable dresses, but just when you thought they had everything, the store has started offering Kate Moss paper dolls.

2014 has proven to be quite a productive year for Ms. Moss already, between her January/February 2014 Playboy cover, a star-studded 40th birthday celebration, and a new collection for Topshop. Now, it appears that the model can add "inspiration for nostalgic childhood toys" to that growing list of accomplishments.

The $13 Kate Moss Paper Doll Book boasts "The best dress up fun you'll have with a pair of scissors", and we imagine their assertion is correct — unless you have hidden Project Runway-esque talents. Paper doll Kate Moss comes in two poses, one of which is of course a Top Model-approved, jaunty hand-on-hip stance. The available ensembles include all of Moss's iconic looks, from a traditional khaki trench and high-waisted, flared jeans to striped minidresses and grey skinny pants.

The company responsible for bringing this somewhat unexpected gift into our lives is I Love Mel, a brand whose website boasts not only celebrity paper dolls but other star-themed creative endeavors. For those Girls fans who want some sartorial representation of the show, the website offers a Girls necklace with images of all four main characters as pendants. Plus, Ryan Gosling fangirls are in luck too: I Love Mel also sells a pair of RyGos earrings.

It's unclear whether the paper doll book is meant for children who wish to be Kate Moss when they grow up, or adults who wish they were Kate Moss right now, but the set clearly provides fun for the whole family. The next time you have a bout of model envy after viewing pictures of Moss looking amazing at one red carpet event after another, at least you'll have your paper dolls as a consolation prize.
