Do you feel too stressed by your hectic, modern lifestyle to want to have much sex? Have you lost muscle tone in all the right places? K-Y brand understands. The personal lubricant purveyor has (allegedly) produced a sex-oriented exercise regime in consultation with sexologists and porn stars and tested it in gyms in Buenos Aires. It'll (allegedly) get you back in tip-top bedroom shape in no time.

The ad's video is kind of cute, but it was just informally uploaded on YouTube and Vimeo, so the whole sexercise schtick is likely to be pure marketing and not any kind of real-world exercise trend. I only found one of the sexercise videos as promised, and it's only two minutes long. The sexercise regime is more style than substance — the participants look silly but like they're having fun, although we can't tell exactly what they're doing.

Still, KY isn't wrong that getting moving in the gym can help with getting busy in the sack. You might try advice from an identified physiologist, though: these five well-explained exercises are a good place to start. For ladies, don't forget to work out your insides too! No sexy exercise regime would be complete without a healthy dose of Kegels.
