You Can Have What They're Having

So you want to eat like Kimye? Well now you can because Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding reception menu has been revealed for all of our curious tastebuds. Guests of the famous couple were treated to a spread created by three-Michelin-star chef Giorgio Pinchiorri who delivered an appropriately Italian menu seeing as their wedding took place at Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy.

Kimye pulled out all the stops and allowed for more than the usual chicken-or-beef option. Instead the couple's gorgeously dressed guests could choose from four appetizers, two main courses, and two desserts. The lavish dishes ranged from the decadent monkfish fillet appetizer in a crust of aromatic herbs on a bed of pureed celeriac, millefeuille of tropea, sweet onions, and vitelotte potatoes, to the sweet homemade strawberry sorbet for dessert.

But while us non-famous people might not have access to a thee-star caterer, we at least have a photo of the menu. So with a little help from Google to learn what certain ingredients are (apparently celeriac is the root of a celery plant), we can potentially recreate the Kimye wedding reception food in our own homes. And really, if we can't actually go to the wedding, this is the next best thing. I mean, as much as we'd like to, we probably can't convince John Legend to sing for us or get a bunch of celebs to attend our own parties. But at least we can eat like Kimye, right? Buon appetito!
