Hannah Horvath Meets Yeezus
In tried and true Lena Dunham fashion, the Girls star took to Twitter to exude her dry humored wit to attack the latest ludicrous socially accepted celebrity antics. This time, it was to address the overtly extravagant multi-country nuptials between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, AKA the Kimye Wedding. It appears that both Yeezus and Kim conveniently left the Brooklynite off their star studded guest list, and Dunham decided to have a little fun with it.
The writer, actor, and director explained that she "Was late to Kimye wedding so had to walk around Italian streets for hours." She didn't leave it at that though, oh no. She went on to kid that she, "Was cat-called within an inch of my life. Now eating a hoagie. Gonna try to meet up with them at the party but feel like 'Ye is pissed I missed ceremony. Walking in late woulda been crazy tho." I mean, we wouldn't want Ye to be pissed at us either, considering the degree of intensity of his usual award show tantrums. But we have to admit, her walking in late would have been the absolute greatest because Dunham doesn't play by anyone rules, not even the great Yeezus himself.
This whole hypothetical Dunham wedding story got us thinking, how would the unfiltered, often unknowingly rude alter-ego Hannah Horvath react to this whole debacle?
