Have you been crazy-obsessed with (and maybe even a little frightened) of the shenanigans on Ke$ha's docu-series Crazy Beautiful Life? Well, if so, you are in luck: MTV has renewed the series for Season 2. But while Ke$ha may do crazy things like drink her own urine, it's weirdly not as bizarre as some of these nearly-forgotten celebrity reality shows.

'Crazy Beautiful Life' (2012)

Have you been crazy-obsessed with (and maybe even a little frightened) of the shenanigans on Ke$ha's docu-series Crazy Beautiful Life? Well, if so, you are in luck: MTV has renewed the series for Season 2. But while Ke$ha may do crazy things like drink her own urine, it's weirdly not as bizarre as some of these nearly-forgotten celebrity reality shows.

'Growing Up Gotti' (2004)

This Growing Up Gotti reality show made Long Islanders everywhere cringe. It Victoria Gotti, daughter of John Gotti, and her three sons doing the GTL — that's gym, tan, and lounging by the pool here — in their hometown on Long Island. Is it disturbing to idolize the family of a notorious mafia criminal? Yes, but it was also really great TV.

'Living Lohan' (2008)

Because every reality show needs an alliterate name and every celebrity sibling their own reality show on E!, this one focused on the younger Lohan sister as she navigated her way through high school and attempted to make it as a singer. Because of course. You can listen to her attempt here... and also on my iPod.

'The Ashlee Simpson Show' (2004)

What wasn't to love about this MTV series? Back when Ashlee was in her sister's "Shadow", we got to watch as she wrote and produced a record, made many failed attempts at having a "rocker" image, went on dates with Ryan Cabrera (who was the time was still only kind of relevant) and maintained a very weird relationship with her Dad.

'House of Carters' (2006)

The fact that the producers of this show thought that House of Carter sounded like House of Cards is kind of ridiculous, and that's the least of this show's problems. This show will definitely turn you into an N*SYNC fan, because Backstreet Boy Nick and company simply do not have their shit together. The level of dysfunction in the Carter household is overwhelming. It'd be funny, if it weren't actually really sad. Good news is that Nick Carter eventually went to rehab and turned his entire life around. His sister, Leslie, unfortunately, died of a drug overdose after undergoing therapy on Celebrity Rehab.

'The Gastineau Girls' (2004)

Sometimes you can get a celebrity reality show when you're not even really a celebrity. The series chronicled the journey of the ex-wife and daughter of former NFL-player Mark Gastineau as they tried to make the daughter, Brittny, into a New York City fashion model. Laughs ensued, because this entire concept was mostly ridiculous.

'Britney and Kevin: Chaotic' (2005)

This is required viewing for anyone who is nostalgic for Britney post-"Toxic" and pre-comeback. That dark time in Brit's life was chronicled by this very weird series. If you've ever wanted to see your pop idol sink down to the level of a back-up dancer with a trucker hat problem, this is your show.
