Missoni x Converse Is A Sneaker Lover's Dream

A Missoni x Converse collaboration is not anything new in the wonderful world of fashion collabs, but this collection is different than the rest. As a Converse addict, I could not be happier about the six new sneaker styles that are exclusively hitting Nordstrom stores on Monday, August 4, and Converse locations on the 28th. Now if the traditional Missoni zig zag print paired with a signature Chuck Taylor All Star doesn't get you excited enough, I'm sure the price tag will take your enthusiasm to the next level.

The sneakers will range in price from $85 to $100 which is totally reasonable and will probably send these kicks to the top of your back-to-school shopping list. The collection features three high top versions and three low top ones, each of the styles covered in colorfully fun zig zag patterns. Whether you choose one of the black and white styles or go slightly bolder with a multicolored look, you'll be sure to make a major shoe statement.

Converse and Missoni collaborations go back to 2010. Since then the two major brands have created eight premium First String sneaker collections. According to the Converse blog, "Converse First String is a limited-edition collection that celebrates craftsmanship, authenticity and collaboration at the highest level." The fall 2014 collection will be available for both men and women and the various designs and color schemes provide a look for everyone. Shop on fashionistas!
