As Kim remains in hiding, Kourtney Kardashian is going through some major, public drama. The oldest sister of the group, Kourtney has always tried to limit her two children's time in the spotlight, but now her son is being pulled in. Model Michael Girgenti has issued a paternity suit, claiming that he is the father of 3-year-old Mason Dash Disick, TMZ reports. Girgenti not only wants a paternity test to prove that he is Mason's father, but is also seeking joint custody. His basis for the claims? He thinks that he looks like Mason, and claims that Mason doesn't look like Kourtney's daughter, Penelope. Personally, I think it's bullshit. Then again, I'm a little biased considering my immense love for Scott Disick.
After all, why now? Mason is three already. Girgenti's reasoning? He says he tried to contact Kourtney when Mason was born, but when she didn't repsond, he began a "media blitz" to get her attention. Great idea! Since the Kardashians aren't used to seeing their names on magazines or anything, it's a real shocker when a random guy starts talking about them.
My bet? He needs some attention. Maybe the modeling thing just hasn't been working out and he needs to get his name out there.

I don't see much of a resemblance between him and Mason, but I do see one between Mason and his little sister. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, because if Girgenti is telling the truth and he is Mason's father, that would break my heart. Scott turned into such a good dad when he was born, I can't bear to see him go through the pain. Let's just hope that Girgenti is doing all of this for the publicity, and after next month's hearing we'll never hear about him again.
