'Real World' Returning to San Francisco But It'll Never Measure Up to the O.G. Season in '94

It's been almost 20 years since the original Real World: San Francisco aired and today, MTV has confirmed that the 29th season of the series will head back to S.F. Rumored to be its last season (it's about time, guys), seven or so strangers will be picked to live in a house and have their lives taped ... but there's no way 2014's Real World: San Francisco could possibly measure up to the '94 season, and these 5 moments from the O.G. San Fran cast will prove it.

Ah, Memories

It's been almost 20 years since the original Real World: San Francisco aired and today, MTV has confirmed that the 29th season of the series will head back to S.F. Rumored to be its last season (it's about time, guys), seven or so strangers will be picked to live in a house and have their lives taped ... but there's no way 2014's Real World: San Francisco could possibly measure up to the '94 season, and these 5 moments from the O.G. San Fran cast will prove it.

Puck and the Peanut Butter Jar vs. Pedro

Puck was the perfect addition to reality TV, and may or may not have started a reality TV trope. The snot-rocketing bike messenger had an amazing ability to start a fight with just about anyone, and the battle that ensued after he stuck his disgusting hands in a communal peanut butter jar sparked one of the most subdued, yet intense fights ever to be seen on the series.

Puck vs. Pam and '90210'

It feels like the argument was just yesterday: medical student Pam got into it with Puck over the purpose of 90210. She defended it as fun escapism, he just called it garbage. This probably goes without saying but: Team Pam, bitches.

Cory vs. Life, in General

Cory was so hopelessly tragic on the show, and it was hopelessly entertaining. She freaked out over her sales associate job at Nordstrom and she cried in nearly every episode. The poor thing was traumatized by all things all the time, and that's not an understatement.

Judd and Pam

Judd had a crush on Rachel during the season, but after filming wrapped, he and roommate Pam hit it off. The two wed in 2001, and as of 2008, have two children together. Rachel also went on to marry a Real Worlder — she fell in love with Sean from Boston. They're married and have six kids.

Pedro and Sean

We saw HIV-positive Pedro exchange vows with boyfriend Sean on the show, and it was a really real moment on reality TV. A year or so after, Pedro passed away, and earlier this month, Sean also died after battling AIDS. While the early '90s had plenty of AIDS discussion, Pedro and Sean brought a much-needed face and name to the cause.
