'Dust' Features Alan Rickman Looking Even Creepier Than Professor Snape in 'Harry Potter' — VIDEO

Still having problems seeing legendary actor Alan Rickman as anything other than Professor Severus Snape in the Harry Potter series, even though he's portrayed countless other roles in his acting career and it's been three years since the film series ended? Well, good news: You're about to get over that little quandary, and you're going to do it by simply watching this short film in which Alan Rickman portrays a creepy tooth fairy. Now, when you look at Rickman, who knows what you'll see! Unfaithful husband from Love Actually, or creepy tooth fairy from Dust? It could go either way.

While this role definitely isn't anything even close to the role of Professor Snape, I will admit that both parts share a sort of...creepiness that Rickman seems to pull off very well. I won't give away any more about the short film than that — it's one of those instances where the clip is really better watched than read about — so just do yourself a favor and hit that play button below. Dust, which clocks in at about 7 minutes, was written and directed by Ben Ockrent and Jake Russell.

Check out Dust below. Who else is totally rethinking their perception of the tooth fairy now?
