She's Got A Cosmetics Collaboration in the Cards

Seems like celebrity collaborations are everywhere these days: we've got Demi Lovato and her new skincare line, Rita Ora x Adidas, Lucy Hale's second capsule collection with Hollister, Kiko Mizuhara's continued partnership with Opening Ceremony... the list goes on (and on) — and that's only a sampling of collections coming out this week alone! Now we can add Joan Smalls' Estée Lauder lipstick to the very long list.

She's been a face of the brand since 2011 (when she made history as the powerhouse brand's first-ever Latina spokesmodel), so their collaboration actually makes a lot of sense. Heck, add her longstanding relationship with Estée Lauder to her fashion-and-beauty know-how and her fearlessness when it comes to bold colors, and you've got yourself a very winning combination.

What with her penchant for editorial lip looks (such as the deep purple from this year's Met Gala, shown above), I can't help but hope we'll see Estée x Joan branch into some wild territory. The one color she's revealed is relatively tame, but it's still got some of Smalls' signature punch to it:

But hey, you can't go wrong with vampy mattes! Oh, and added bonus — Smalls posted the snap along with a belipsticked-emoji'd call to action: What do you think the shade should be called? "Unattainable," "Commanding," or "Unstoppable?"

I'm partial to "Unstoppable," myself!
