'ANTM' Star's Dream Becomes a Reality

Back in 2005 when America's Next Top Model was interesting, Eva Pigford really stole the show on cycle three. She didn't care that she was short, she was going win, gosh darnit, and she did. She didn't go on to become America's next top model of course, but she did go on to change her last name to Marcille, which was her middle name, and has become a regular TV personality on BET and now, she's got some good news to share. Eva Marcille is pregnant with her first child. She and boyfriend Kevin McCall are expecting a baby in December. She's calling it a "dream come true." Aww.

Eva explained to BET:

Being able to bring a life into the world is every woman’s dream but for me it’s more than just a dream it is a magical, mystical journey which I get to share with this amazing man. Kevin is the only man who I would share this moment in life with.

Eva's not the only ANTM alumna who's pregnant. Cycle 5 contestant Lisa D'Amato is due in September. Naturally, we'd like to go ahead and make some pithy comments about Lisa and Eva's children battling it out on cycle 59 of America's Next Top Model, but let's instead just enjoy this tweet from Tyra Banks, who might be experiencing sympathy pregnancy cravings.

Even when Tyra doesn't bring it back around to herself, we end up doing it for her. The woman's power of us knows no bounds.
