The Best Fashion Industry-Inspired Couples Costume

Karl Lagerfeld has a lot of high-profile fashionista muses, but chief among them all? It's not Diane Kruger, Kristen Stewart, Blake Lively, or even Keira Knightley: no, it's his cat, Choupette (who is apparently in competition with North West for most spoiled individual in the universe) — and to be fair, she is kind of the cutest cat I've ever seen.

Her modeling career is really taking off, and her latest endeavor, Shupette (a makeup collaboration with Shu Uemura) got me thinking: Which fashion It-couple is as universally loved as Karl Lagerfeld and Choupette? I mean, there's Tim Gunn x Heidi Klum, and Kanye West x Kim Kardashian (if you're being a little facetious)... but no one in the fashion industry can hold a candle to Karl x Choupette.

So what could possibly make a better couples costume? They're both distinctively fabulous, and they're both totally easy to pull off. For Karl, all you need is a minimalistic black suit/tie combo, some intimidating sunglasses, and some grey added to your every-so-slightly pompadour-ed ponytail (oh, and don't forget his signature scowl).
