Here's some not-so-good news for a certain Friends actress. According to TMZ, a drunk driver wrecked Jennifer Anison's front yard. On Saturday night, a male driver reportedly hit a curb, plowed into Aniston's yard, and demolished some of her plants. Per TMZ, it is unclear whether Aniston was home, but supposedly her security guard called 911 for assistance. Eventually, police officers arrived and took care of the situation.
One would think the police would have no problem determining the situation, especially since there was only one driver and one lawn involved. However, it seems that the driver was not going to turn himself in without a fight. Reportedly, the driver told the cops that he was not behind the wheel. Fret not, because TMZ reports that after looking at home security footage and taking a field sobriety test (which the driver reportedly failed), the driver was arrested.
Per Us Weekly, Aniston bought her Bel Air Home in 2012 for more than $20 million with her fiancé Justin Theroux. Apparently, "they spent months renovating the estate." Well, I guess they're going to have to do even more work.
Aniston has yet to comment on the report, but knowing her she probably won't be too upset over a messed up yard. Yes, she might be irritated that she has to fix it and get it landscaped, but she seems like the type of person who doesn't sweat the small stuff. Also, I can see her just being glad that more damage wasn't done, that the driver is OK, and that no one was seriously hurt.
