Fun Fact: Jimmy Fallon and Alec Baldwin Were in an '80s Cop Show Together Once

Here's a fun fact for you all to use on your next trivia night: Alec Baldwin and Jimmy Fallon go back. Like, way, way back. Back to the times of terribly permed hair, too much hairspray, neon leggings, and legwarmers. Back... to the '80s. Most footage of their previous collaborations has since been lost because everyone was too busy trying to learn how to moonwalk instead of creating a comprehensive library of television clips, but some footage from their past was revealed in none other than last night's episode of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon: Apparently, back in the '80s, Alec Baldwin and Jimmy Fallon's buddy cop comedy, titled Point Pleasant Police Department, was released. They both had bushy, Tom Selleck-esque mustaches, and they really liked food.

OK, OK, in all actuality: Alec Baldwin appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night, and pre-taped a few skits with Fallon as if they were both starring in an '80s cop show where things got a little... messy.

Messy meaning they spent whole episodes just throwing food at each other. It's pretty funny anyway, though, so take a break from reading all that Kim and Kanye news, and check out the video below. It's Tuesday morning, what else are you doing with your time right now?
