You Have to See Taylor Swift's 'ELLE' Cover

by Rosie Narasaki

Oh, Taylor Swift — could you be any more fabulous? I mean, the chart-topping songs speak for themselves (I don't know about you, but "Style" all but plays on a perpetual loop inside my head), the fabulous street style, and the high-profile female friendships — but she's really outdone herself this time, because get this: Taylor Swift just covered ELLE Magazine , and it might just be the most fabulous cover in the history of ever.

Yep, hot off the news that she'd be releasing the "Bad Blood" music video/single next week (Praise be! Taylor's got some of the best videos around), she scored the cover of ELLE, along with a pretty rad interview with Tavi Gevinson. The cover itself is somehow pure Taylor because its got her rocking the perfect balance of ultra-chic, ultra-sparkly, and ultra-kooky. She's wearing a — get this — full-on jumpsuit, adorned with some truly fabulous (not to mention disco) gold glitter stripes. The bodycon suit is all Christian Dior — it's from the Spring 2015 Couture collection, and it's actually similar to something I was hoping they'd make Jennifer Lawrence wear during her Mockingjay press tour — as are her heart-wrenchingly epic red patent leather boots, with their metal-framed heels. Let's take a look!

If you weren't already a Taylor Swift fan (as if — post-1989, we're all T. Swift megafans), I'm betting you are now. Because no matter what your opinion on Taylor may be, there's absolutely no denying the fact that she is rocking the hell out of that Dior disco suit, and that's no mean feat. I'm sure Cara Delevingne and Karlie Kloss are very proud of her right now.
