Karlie Kloss Wears Flats At CFDA Fashion Awards, And They Are Just As Classy As Her Dress
Currently at the CFDA Fashion Awards, Karlie Kloss is rocking what looks like a classic Minnie Mouse inspired ensemble with a retro silhouette. Her long black dress is a mix of chiffon and opaque fabric, featuring red polka dots. On the sleeves and back, the chiffon adds a little sass to the otherwise cutesy dress, which has a low scoop neck and puff sleeves. Although Kloss could’ve easily layered on multiple necklaces with her plunging neckline or even a statement chunky piece, Kloss kept it simple with a dainty diamond necklace.
Her necklace matched her shiny, metallic, pointed flats. Because her overall look was fairly simple, her hair was styled in her signature, natural curls. This look is quite different from the sporty-cool-girl side that she showed at the Cardinals game last week. As she threw the first pitch, she was wearing a Cardinals jersey, a pair of khaki shorts and everyone’s closet staple — white Converse.
The look she’s slaying right now is a lot more similar to what she wore at this year’s Met Gala. It’s that classy vibe with a little pizzaz. But I think my all-time fave Kloss outfit has got to be the one-leg jumpsuitsuit she wore to the Cannes Film Festival. Nonetheless, I’m really loving the classy vintage look she’s working today.
