It seems like everyone has been shedding their long locks of summer for the bob — or some variation thereof. Reese Witherspoon was the latest celebrity to make the chop and we absolutely love it. The 37-year-old actress was spotted leaving Whole Foods in Santa Monica, Calif. with her adorable new "lob" (a long bob). Witherspoon is no stranger to the bob. The actress has donned the short 'do multiple times over the course of her career, from her role as the overachieving high school student in Election to fashion designer in Sweet Home Alabama. But this time, her cut is a little different from her prior short hairstyles; her lob falls right below her chin and is cut at an angle so that the front is slightly longer.
Witherspoon opts to wear her new cut straight, sleek and simple. When she was seen out and about, the actress debuted her new coif along with a classic outfit — a green plaid button up tucked under a black sweater, black jeans and black ankle booties.
