A spin-off of Channel 4’s popular Five Guys A Week dating show, the same network has now gifted us with Five Dates A Week. With the aim of removing the awkward stage of dating, every episode sees one contestant invite five potential mates to live with them in Cupid Cottage. Yes, all six of them, together, snuggled into one cottage in the whimsical British countryside. But where is Cupid Cottage from Five Dates A Week?

Well, the exact location has so far been kept under wraps, but Bustle has contacted Channel 4 for comment.

Five Guys A Week puts single, straight women in the chooser’s seat. But with the new series, which is currently streaming on All 4, producers are keen to tell LGBTQ+ dating stories too, which we’ve seen become more of a focus when it comes to dating shows with the likes of ITV’s The Cabins and BBC’s newly-commissioned series I Kissed A Boy.

The production team has revealed that they want the revived dating series to be more inclusive this time around. Speaking to Radio Times, executive producer Lorraine Charker-Phillips said, “Whatever gender you are, whatever your sexual preference, whoever it is that you want to wrap their arms around you at the end of the night, being wanted, being loved, is universal.”
