Running a business isn't easy. From managing time to juggling the workload to finding new ways to grow, there's work to be done at every corner you turn. If you're a go-getter, you've probably spent time researching how to be a better business owner, and now you can add these to your list: podcasts to help you take your business to the next level.

I'm a big fan of podcasts because they're easy to sneak in. I listen to them while I'm doing the dishes or driving to the gym or preparing dinner. They also provide a break from sitting in front of the computer screen and frying your eyeballs for hours on end.

There are podcasts for everything — which is good news, because being an entrepreneur means wearing about 4,529 different hats at any given time. Maybe you've already got a handle on maintaining your business; but if you really want it to skyrocket to new places, becoming a student and learning new skills is nonnegotiable.

It's important to find the right podcast for you. If the voice coming from the podcast doesn't resonate with you, you're going to tune it out. Explore the wide variety of options, and you're sure to find something that sticks.

Here are some places you can start.
