27 Books Every '90s Kid Has Read At Least Once

One of the best parts of being a '90s kid is that we grew up with some rad books. Seriously, reading was cool. Remember those magic days of going to your school's Scholastic book fair or your library and feeling like anything was possible? Or afternoons curled up on your bean bag, devouring your latest find? Or rushing through your math schoolwork so that you could have free reading time? (Aah, if only free reading time were a thing at adult jobs!)

If you were a girl growing up the '90s and '00s, there were definitely some books that we all got hooked on, from the chapter book series that we fell hard for to the books that we read over and over again. There were some books that were practically fashionable; if you weren't reading them you were missing out.

So, if you're a '90s girl like me, these books will take you back to the good ol' days of wazzup,  ring pops. and (of course) some mad good reading. On this list, you're sure to find some of your favorite reads, and hopefully a few gems that you nearly forgot about. Even though we can't actually go back to the '90s, these books will certainly take you for a ride down memory lane.
