30 Vegan Valentine's Day Recipe Ideas That Are Almost Too Sweet (Almost)

Look, I'm not ashamed: I'm a romantic. So much so, in fact, that last year, I wooed my sweetheart for our anniversary (which also happens to fall right around Valentine's Day). My guy usually does most of the cooking (I'm the baker), but I think that this Valentine's Day I might just have to flip the script again and treat him to a full day of being cooked and baked for. I've been scouring the internet for vegan Valentine's Day recipe ideas, and the internet certainly didn't disappoint.

While it might be a little cheesy, I say, if you're going celebrate Valentine's Day — really go for it. You might as well make pink, red, and chocolate-themed vegan Valentine's Day recipes, because when else do you have an excuse to eat red, pink, and chocolate stuff all day? (Not that you need one.) Below, I've picked Valentine's Day vegan drink, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert ideas that should satisfy a range of different tastes.

Of course, as is my preference, there is a heavy focus on dessert here. I mean, let's be real — the best part of Valentine's Day is really all about the chocolate. Oh, and if you find yourself single AF, might I suggest you make these for your Galentine's Day friends — or, even better — all for yourself? It's the love affair that matters most, after all.
