Whether you're planning a bachelorette party or just looking for a city for your next weekend getaway, Nashville is a great place to visit. Between the music, the culture, the food, and the friendly locals, it's one of those cities that will make you think, "Why don't I live here?"

With the premiere of Music City, the latest reality TV venture from the creators of The Hills and Laguna Beach, there's a whole new list of reasons to check out this town. Following a crop of young up-and-comers in the country and pop scene, Music City gives us a portrait of five aspiring and working musicians who are balancing their ambitions and personal lives in the city that will make or break them.

Relationships are tested, like that of Kerry, a working musician, and his wife, Rachyl, who's negotiating the struggles of raising their son and going to law school. Jackson, a hunky singer-slash-songwriter who teaches fitness classes on the side, gets set up with Jessica, a working singer and songwriter who happens to be saving herself for marriage. There's Alisa, a Los Angeles transplant who moved to the city to pursue her singing dreams and a bit of romance.

For that very reason, we've gathered a series of hot spots in Nashville that you'll need to check out next time you're in the "Music City." Make sure to catch the premiere of Music City, Thursday, March 1 at 10/9 c, only on CMT.
