Blake Lively's 2017 People's Choice Awards Dress Is Flapper-Inspired & It's Stunning — PHOTOS
Awards season has just begun, and Blake Lively continues to stun with her red carpet looks. Of course she looked gorgeous next to Ryan Reynolds on the Golden Globes' red carpet, but tonight at the 43rd annual People's Choice Awards, Lively chose a different look than the black velvet halter gown she wore to the Globes.
Lively, who is nominated for Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress, is wearing a short Elie Saab black long-sleeve dress that is sheer yet completely covered in shimmery fringe. The dress is part of the Elie Saab spring/summer ready-to-wear collection and is such a fitting choice for the fun awards show.
Lively paired her mini fringe dress with a Roger Vivier clutch, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, and Christian Louboutin spiked heels that are swoon-worthy. She had to look good after all — Lively won her category!
As Lively accepted the award, she said she had always been an "ambitious kid," yet her mom always reminded her that, "You can't ever let anyone limit you. There's nothing you can't do."
Lively's empowering acceptance speech also included a thank you to her fans for their support and reminded them that they had "voted for girl power."
Lively's Louboutin heels complement the mini dress' aesthetic perfectly.
Lively accessorized her fringed frock with an embellished clutch.
These Louboutins have the perfect amount of edgy glam!
