When celebrities come into Bustle HQ in New York, whether it's for a photoshoot, videoshoot, or a Facebook Live, we want to give them the chance to leave their mark. Literally. So we hand them a pen, a piece of paper, a few questions, and ask them to get creative. The rest is up to them. This time, actress Emmanuelle Chriqui is leaving her mark in the Bustle Booth.
To '90s kids, Emmanuelle Chriqui may be best remembered for starring in On The Line alongside Lance Bass. To those a little older, she may still be Sloan from Entourage. But thanks to Hulu's Shut Eye, that's changing. Chriqui stars on the series about psychics, con artists, and those who fall into both categories, as Gina, a hypnotist who develops a complex relationship with KaDee Strickland's Linda. Though much of the series' first season, which can currently be streamed in full on Hulu, focuses on what happens when the line between the truth and a lie blurs, Chriqui was nothing but honest in the Bustle Booth. She reveals what makes her the most afraid (something I think we can all relate to) and a refreshingly positive outlook on Millennials. Before you check out Shut Eye (if you haven't already) and its bevy of fakes, get to know the real Chriqui.
