Wells Adams & Sarah Hyland Are Celebrating Their First Christmas Together In The Cutest Way

The holiday season is officially here, and for many, decorating is one of the highlights. Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams decorated their first Christmas tree together, and the ornaments are so funny. On Saturday, Hyland shared a picture of the reported couple picking out their tree on Instagram. She captioned the snap, "First Christmas tree with this one." The post in itself was adorable, but the couple also shared plenty of updates on their holiday decorating once the tree was set up at home. In their Instagram stories, the two stars put on the holiday classic Elf and decked their tree with a whole collection of foodie ornaments, according to People. These included matching his and her beer and wine ornaments, cute food decorations, and a Stranger Things star for the top.

Hyland and Adams are known for their goofball antics and cute sense of humor. In a recent interview, the Modern Family star said that she often feels Adams is the only one who finds her funny. "I don’t know. I think I’m hysterical when I’m really not. I’ll be like, ‘This is an amazing bit that I have to put on my Instagram Story.’ But the thing about Instagram Story is you don’t get responses, so I don’t know if people actually like them or not!" she told People in early December. “I think the only person who actually somewhat finds me funny is my boyfriend. Thank God!”

The couple were first linked in October, when they posted a picture on social media in matching Stranger Things Halloween costumes. The two seemed super comfortable together in the Instagram pic; Hyland is dressed as Mike Wheeler in a baseball cap and vintage jacket, while Adams appears as an uncanny Eleven with a blonde wig and box of Eggo waffles. They also dubbed the tree a "Foodie Tree," topping it with the ornaments in the shape of a cheeseburger, french fries, pancakes and more. Hyland wrote: "Foodie Tree - Food Tree. Would you? Wood you?" They also posted a close-up of their matching ornaments - Adams' is a full pint of beer, while Hyland's is a sparkly glass of wine.

This high-profile couple, who all but confirmed their relationship on social media in early November, met in a truly millennial way. Adams first appeared on JoJo Fletcher's season of The Bachelorette, and then returned as a bartender on the most recent season of Bachelor in Paradise. Hyland took to Twitter to make her crush on the radio DJ known, writing: "OH MY GOD @WellsAdams IS THE FRIKKIN BARTENDER?! Best. Season. Ever. #BachelorInParadise." Adams tweeted back at the star, joking that she could be a bar back on the next season if Modern Family dad Phil Dunphy sent a recommendation. The two reportedly meeting in real life, and hit it off.

Danielle Maltby, another former Bachelor star and longtime friend of Adams, confirmed that the couple bond over their shared sense of humor. "They bounce off each other so well,. They bring out the best in each other," Maltby recently told reporters, according to People. "They’re both so funny and they just amp each other up so much — and the smile that Wells gets on his face is unreal. It’s so cute. It really is so cute."
