According to a recent survey of 2,000 people by UK beauty retailer Superdrug, the ~sexiest~ day of the week (aka when most people like to get it on) is Saturday — which isn't all that surprising, considering it's both a weekend day and a typical date night.
Although there's nothing wrong with good old-fashioned Saturday night sex, switching up your standard sex routine and getting intimate with your partner at less popular times — like weekday mornings, for example — can be a simple way to help take your sex life to the next level. "Start setting the alarm a bit earlier and cuddle and caress each other and make love," relationship coach and psychic medium Cindi Sansone-Braff, author of Why Good People Can't Leave Bad Relationships, tells Bustle. "It starts the day on a high note, and reinforces to the two of you that your relationship is the most important thing in your lives."
