According to a post on the official Too Faced Insta, these Melteds have a "honey-like texture," ensuring that the product not only clings to your pucker but that it does so with a latex shine.
This lacquered look is also buildable. So you can swipe one or two coats for a pretty and subtle look or you can layer four or five slicks for tons and tons of totally glossed out drama.
