Ai-jen Poo

Ai-jen Poo is the Director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, Co-Director of Caring Across Generations, and Co-Founder of Supermajority. She is an award-winning organizer, best-selling author, and a leading voice in the women’s movement. Through her leadership, there are now nine state Domestic Workers Bill of Rights, with Seattle passing the first city-level legislation in 2018. Ai-jen is a 2014 MacArthur “genius” Fellow and a TIME 100 alumna. Her work and her writing has been featured in numerous broadcast and print outlets.
