Amen is a Los Angeles-based journalist, host, and inspirational speaker. Her featured appearances include NPR's KCRW, Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper, PilatesStyle Magazine, and most recently, Bustle. In addition to writing for Bustle, Amen is the social media coordinator for AMDIO Method and will be launching her website Amen2dat.com in 2017. She also mentors young girls aspiring to live a better life with the non profit Saving Our Daughters.
