Jamison is a writer and fitness professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration—quite the triple threat. He has written for The Motley Fool, Livestrong.com, Bodybuilding.com, and Yahoo Voices among many others. His book, The Optimal Balance Plan was published in 2011 as a guide to help readers find a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. Besides writing, exercising, or obsessively watching the stock ticker, Jamison can be found in nature not eating meat. He has been a vegetarian for almost two decades.
